Winter Jam 2016

So we were downtown tonight for the Winterjam concert. Boy was it crowded! We got there way before the doors opened, but we were still in the nose bleed section...so high up it made me nervous every move the boys made. Our favorites were Lauren Daigle and Sidewalk Prophets. Nick and Drew saw a cool rap group while Sam and I were getting food. We left around 9pm as a very loud and heavy metal-ish group was finishing up. I had never heard of them. They were quite theatrical with lots of makeup and screaming and fire. Drew was very intrigued...Sam was a little scared. Ha! We really wanted to stay longer, but it was hard to say how much longer the boys could go...and me. :) I think we missed a few good ones. It was a cool experience...not sure we'll fight the crowd with the boys next time though.
