2 Year Check-Up
I had my 2 year old check-up Friday afternoon. I stood on the scale like a big boy. I weigh 32 pounds. I stood up against the wall and the nurse measured me to be 36 1/4 inches tall. Mommy and I waited a while for the doctor to come in the room. When we saw him, he was so proud of how I let him check my ears and eyes and heart. I even told him what my heart is supposed to sound like....ba bump ba bump. A nurse came in and pricked my finger. I didn't cry though. Mommy told me to tell her what color was coming from my finger and I said "red." Am I smart or what! :) Then another nurse came in to give me shots. Mommy told me they would hurt and I would say "ouch." Guess what...I didn't cry or say ouch. Everyone cheered for me when I left the doctor because I was such a brave boy. I guess it's because I'm 2 years old now. Mommy took me to McDonald's after the doctor and then we drove to Aunt Kathy's house to spend the night. I had a birthday party to go to on Saturday.
