Boys Only Movie Night(s)
Nick took the boys to see Trolls the day I was in Kentucky with my parents. I think he may gave forgotten to snap a picture. He took them to see this movie in Friday while I was meeting with some ladies from church. They loved their time with their daddy!
Sam's Mail
Look what came in the mail the other day. Sam was so excited to see what was inside. Is that the coolest letter or what!
Growing Boy
Look at how long Drew's legs are growing. 😣 We'll have to retire those super cute hand-me-down jammies soon.
Picking Up Our Laptop
The boys went with me the other day to pick up the laptop. We couldn't resist snapping a photo with this cute background.
Our Little Toy Soldier 💂
The night of the performance finally arrived! Sam's solo was in the opening act. He did such a great job! In the rest of the acts, Sam sang in the chorus. He was mighty surprised to see Grandmother and Granddaddy there. He beamed from ear to ear. 😆 There was a reception in the gym following the performance....Santa was even there! 🎅
Musical Preview @ Service
The morning of the musical performance, the kiddos sang a song during church service. Little angelic voices! 😇
Hayden Reunion
A few weekends ago, I traveled to Kentucky with my parents for the Hayden reunion. It was a pretty small gathering...bad timing for lots of folks in the family, but it was great to see everyone who was able to make it. I felt like an only child taking a road trip with my mom and dad. So fun! We stopped by the cemetery to put a little poinsettia on Uncle David's grave (1st time seeing his headstone) and Grandmother and Granddad Hayden's grave. Mom and I stopped by everyone else we know there too (cousin Kenedy, Aunt Jeanne, Aunt Marian, Grandma and Grandpa Willett, Great Grandma & Great Grandpa Willett, and Alberta Hobbs Willett & Mary Orvelletta Willett...Grandpa's mom who died while having Mary O). Lots of memories and family history rest in that old cemetery. RIP 🕯⚘
