😷Chocolate Cookies Fix Everything!🤒

Drew and I have been a bit under the weather today. These temperature changes are kicking our tails. I asked Drew if his throat hurt. He said, "yes, right about down to my knees." I asked him if there was anything that would make him feel better...his response...chocolate cookies. So his little throat is feeling much better...all the way down to his knees! Chocolate cookies weren't gonna cut it for me...Nick and Sam are on a throat lozenge run. Ha!

Picnic @ the Park

The boys and I had a nice picnic at the park today. Drew and I have been to this park before, but this was Sam's 1st visit. It's not too far from us, so we'll definitely return.

Heaven on Earth

One park just wasn't enough for us today. We came across this gem on the way home. It's one of the most beautiful hidden secrets in town...complete with a lake, lots of trails, picnic benches, and gorgeous scenery to soak in. The sounds, the smells, the sights were all amazing. We'll be bringing Nick with us next time and hitting one of the long hiking trails. Can't wait!

Tooth #3

Sam pulled tooth #3 this morning. He left behind quite a bit of hanging tissue. We'll have to keep an eye on that to make sure it doesn't get infected. It should draw up or detach in the next few days. If not, we may have to get the dentist to clip it. Yuck! It's not bothering Sam thank goodness.

Halloween @ the Shoppes of Arlington

We had some fun last night at the Shoppes of Arlington. There was lots of candy, games, a bounce house, and a spooky house. After all the Halloween activities, we filled our bellies with some Mexican food. Sam's new found favorite is tamales. When we got home, the boys laid on the driveway and did some star gazing.
