Zoo Marathon

We visited the zoo with Debbie and Melo today. We were there for a record amount of time  (for us)...almost 5 hours. It was so much fun. We didn't cover a ton of ground, we just took our time and soaked it all in. It also helped that I had a cooler with lots of water and snacks. We basically grazed the whole time. Ha! It was almost 5pm when we got home. So we missed naps and it was dinner and showers  and bed time shortly after. I think this is the first day in Drew's life that he didn't have a nap. He didn't even sneak a short one in on the ride home.

Yummy Treat

The boys and I made a yummy treat this morning. We had a very full day at the zoo and didn't get a chance to see how our frozen bananas turned out. We'll definitely make time tomorrow. :)

Sunday Supper #5

Sunday Supper was successful again. We had Chicken Stroganoff and green beans.

Shelby Farms

We went to the park at Shelby Farms on Monday. We went early and I thought we were beating the heat....oh no. It was CRAZY hot! We had fun, but it was definitely an abbreviated visit due to the temperature.

St. Ann Church turned 65 on Sunday. There was food, fun, and fellowship to make the day special.

Toys!

We strolled the aisles of Toys R Us tonight. The boys LOVED it!  We found this cool car as we were walking out. Sam's picture is blurry because he discovered that the car actually worked. We quickly exited after he crashed into me. Whoopsies! How awesome is it to play with a bunch of cool toys for free. Sam and Drew were perfectly content leaving when we did. Drew did say he wanted to go again when we got to the car. We will plan on that again soon.
