Happy Happy Birthday!

Today is Nick's birthday. We spent a good part of the morning unpacking, putting away, washing laundry, etc. Nick and Sam also picked up Yankee. Now we are ready for some fun! Happy Birthday Nicolas Sean!

AK...Festival of the Lion King

Sam passed out in Nick's arms before the show started.  He woke up as the show started. Drew fell asleep as Sam was waking up. The show was awesome! After the show, I walked around with Drew to get his nap out. Nick and Sam went to the Bug's Life show and then ride Expedition Everest. Then it was time for us to get back to catch the Magical Express to the airport. Our trip to Disney World was great. It took a lot of pre-planning, but that made it go so smoothly when we arrived.  We were sad to say goodbye to Mickey Mouse,  but we were happy to get back home late last night.

AK...Character Lunch

We had lunch at the Tusker House and met Mickey, Daisy, and Donald. We saw Goofy but didn't get an upclose meeting with him. The boys led the parade through the restaurant with Donald and Mickey.

Animal Kingdom

The Beast (Nick) is better and was ready to ride Expedition Everest. I was nervous about Sam riding it but he wanted to. He said he loved it but you can see the fear on his face in the picture snapped. Ha! Poor buddy! After the ride, we were off to our safari. It was neat. We saw lots of animals up close. Animal Kingdom was beautiful!

Christmas Day...AM

We woke up Christmas Day and headed to breakfast before checking out. We checked our bags and left our carry ons at bell service. We were then off to a day at Animal Kingdom. Thank goodness everyone was feeling good.
