Exploring the Pink Palace

We went to tge Pink Palace Museum a few weeks ago. I loved that the boys wanted to stop and read more about each exhibit instead of racing from one thing to the next.

MemPops YUM!

We sat here and ate 6 delicious popsicles. We did the same thing the next day. Ha! The bonus about coming here is getting some hugs and kisses from Nick at his office...a few doors down. We 💗 NSL and MemPops! 😉

Another Zoo Day

We stopped by the zoo because Sam had a question about hippos. We researched a little about how they hold their breath under water. We wanted to time our hippos to compare what we read online. Did you know hippos can hold their breath fir 5 minutes?! They also have reflex that causes their body to come to the surface for air as needed when they are asleep. So interesting!

Church Camp

When Sam left for Church Camp, he said goodbye to the house. We got everything moved to our new place by the time he returned. He had a BLAST! It was his first time away on his own. He was in much trusted hands of church friends. They gave me lots of updates and pictures to get me through the week. I missed that boy for sure. Drew didn't like that he was gone either. I sure was proud that he did it. He had so many wonderful stories to share when he returned. He is definitely looking forward to next year.

The Girls

I can't remember what the occasion was, but we all happened to be at Mama's house (minus Kath). We got her in on the fun about a week later for an official GNO. We did an escape room, dinner, and game night. The next day Debbie, Linda, and I baked in the sun doing a carport sale down at Deb's new place.

Thanks Linda

Aunt Linda used her gym bucks ti buy something special for Drew. How fitting is this shirt...Always Hungry.

Red White & Blue Pancakes

🎆We ate a yummy dinner and then walked to the nature park for fireworks. What an amazing show it was! 🇺🇸

I Didn't Do It!

Picnic at the Lot

The boys and I had a picnic at the lot and did some more swinging on vines. We were able to do more exploring with all the clearing from the day before. We're starting to imagine where the house we be and what it will be like to live there.
