Catching Up-Part 6

Mama and Granddaddy came over earlier this month while Nick and I went to conference night at Sam's school. They stayed for dinner and we had a great time.

Drew and I ended the night with a story. I didn't get a pic of Sam and Nick reading. They are just about finished with the 2nd Prince Warriors book. They will be starting book 3 soon. 📚

Eating lunch with Sam at school. He was so surprised!

We swung by Kroger that afternoon to pick up a dragon fruit. We've been on a kick lately if trying new things. This fruit was expensive and not good at all. We read online that the dragon fruit from South America tastes much better and is much sweeter. This one was from Asia. It was a cool experience. When we went to kroger the next time, Drew told the produce guy all about it. The produce guy felt bad and gave Drew a free bag of clementines. How kind!

Sorry for the super long blog break. Busy month to say the least....nothing earth shattering just busy. I'm gonna try and catch upthis afternoon. We'll see how far I can get. 😉

Shaw Floors Party

Tuesday evening we rounded out our Orlando trip with a party. There was great food, face painting, photo booths, a band, dancers, decorations....all sorts of cool things. I didn't get a picture of this, but they had these floating/dancing ladies. I'm not quite sure how they pulled that off...it sure added to the party ambiance. What a memorable trip this was! We flew out of Orlando abd arrived back in Memphis on Wednesday evening. Drew and I tackled the mountain of laundry we returned with yesterday. It took me all morning to post all the pics while watching Trump's inauguration. Tomorrow I will try to get all the pictures printed and in an album tomorrow.

Disney World: Day Four(2)

After Soarin', Nick and Sam rode Mission Space while Drew and I went to Turtle Talk with Crush. We met back up at the Nemo ride and then explored the aquarium. Spaceship Earth was next. Then we walked around the world in search for lunch. We ended up in Italy for some delicious pizza. Following lunch, Sam and I rode Mission Space. Then we headex back to the resort to rest up for the party that would be later that evening.
