Sam's Gingerbread House

Sam's class decorated gingerbread houses yesterday afternoon. A super cute sticky mess of sugar. He thought he was going to gobble it up after dinner. Nick and I weren't sure just how clean and edible his creation was....so we will be making our own gingerbread houses later. :)

Lunch at Bubba's School

Drew and I met Sam for lunch yesterday. Drew was SO excited to carry his lunch box. They both did great and we'll be visiting him again soon. :)

Matinee Please

We snuck a matinee of The Good Dinosaur in this afternoon. We saw it in 3D and almost had the theater to ourselves. Cute movie!

Getting Some Fresh Air

Starry Nights 2015

We went to Starry Nights at Shelby Farms tonight. We waited an hour to get from Farm Road to where you pay. We passed the time drinking hot cocoa and laughing at Drew climbing all over the place. It took 45 minutes to drive through. There were lots of changes since our last visit. We were all quite impressed. Sam's favorite part was the tumbling gingerbread. Drew liked the big castle. This was very much worth the visit.

Meow Heaven

Drew was in heaven tonight with this kitty cat. He had a play date with a friend during Sam's play. Drew has a new found love for cats. He has asked for one for Christmas. Hopefully the plush ones we ordered will appease him. Ha! If not, we'll have to get some regular playtime in with this particular friend. :)

A Star is Born!

Our Sam has been practicing since August for tonight's musical production. There were funny parts, as well as moving parts. We are VERY proud of our little fellow. Praise God that it all came together, all the kinks were worked out, and a beautiful Christmas message was spread.
