Sam's Party

Sam's friends celebrated with him this afternoon. It was a fun party at an inflatable place in town. We had a good mix of school and church friends show up. I'm not sure who was more exhausted after the party....Nick and I or Sam and Drew. It was fun to see Sam with all of his friends. We were surprised how much fun Drew had too. He loved hanging with the big kids. :) As we put Sam to bed tonight, he said today was the best day ever. PRICELESS!  :)

Snow Day #8

In my ten years of teaching, we have never had this many snow days out of school. Crazy! This morning, Drew was very upset. He kept looking outside at our snowman and calling for daddy. He thought our snowman was his daddy, i guess. Poor baby! We got super bundled after breakfast and played outside for about an hour. It was cold, but not as cold as yesterday. We got our beach toys out and that was a lot of fun. We love the snow, but we are glad it's off the roads now. So happy we got enough to play in. :)
